Water Tending School Workshop

  • Water Bar & Public Studio 2518 Central Avenue Northeast Minneapolis, MN, 55418 United States (map)

How do you #ServeWater? Are you looking for ways to deepen your relationships with water, creativity, and community?

Join the first cohort of “certified” Water Tenders by attending this free story-centered workshop at Water Bar & Public Studio in Minneapolis. This curious and playful workshop is for neighborhood residents, water resource professionals, artists, and others to learn together through water stories. In the process, we will make new connections across differences in experience, and practice serving water and caring for community.

Read about the last Water Tending School Workshop here.

Once certified, Water Tenders will have access to a Water Bar pop-up kit and other artist-designed resources to develop and lead their own creative community engagement programs.

Water Tending School is a partnership with Freshwater. This workshop is currently in its pilot phase, but we hope to make this a monthly public offering at Water Bar & Public Studio soon.

Thank you to Mississippi Watershed Management Organization for their support through the Stewardship Fund Action Grant program.
