Are you experiencing flow in life - in your home, and work, and neighborhood? Or are things damned up and stagnant? This is what happens when fear consumes us. We become consumed with controlling, extracting, and hoarding.

What might water teach us?

Water flows. Cleanses. Quenches.
It nourishes our roots.
Water is alive. Water is life.

Let's come together on the Sunday of Art-A-Whirl 2019 at Water Bar & Public Studio to learn from Water. Intertwine will join Shanai Matteson, co-founder of Water Bar, to create the morning together.

Through art making, poetry, curiosity, and drinking the gift that is clean water, we'll taste and explore flow - or maybe we could call it "emergence" (the way complex systems and patterns arise from relatively simple interactions - by learning with, adapting to, and even shaping the process of change). Water can soften the hard places in our lives - those places where fear and the status quo inhibit flow. Water can teach us hospitality, patience and power, openness and beauty.
